Shot this morning in my front yard (the photo, that is). May your bird be more tender than this gang.

They're hard to catch too, but good luck anyway…

Cool shot of the turkeys man. I think you need to thin 'em out some and have one for dinner on Thanksgiving.

I bet your front yard is a son of a gun to mow.

Aw, Chuck, you beat me to it! Howard, beautiful picture. How much do you spend on mower blades???? I've never got a camera handy for shots like that. Earlier this year, I saw a 2 fawns in my driveway, and about 6 baby turkeys. One fawn was sniffing one of the turkeys! Man, wouldn't ya know it, I couldn't find the camera in time. Living in the boonies is great.

Very cool picture. The colors are great. Some big ol' beards on those birds. I have to say, every time I see a wild turkey, I'm reminded of how wise the decision was to NOT have the wild turkey be our national bird.

So Howard, what IS for lunch?
There was a herd of Spam in our front yard, but like others said, no camera to capture the moment....

Ah well.

laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe

My brother has stopped asking me if I watched the Hawks play. He got a bit sensitive when I pointed out that chances of a good game aren't great, chances of a close game are astronomical. They proved my right, losing the next three in a row very badly.
