I use a Baby bottle warmer. Others use a hot pot, one that you can adjust the temp on.

I use the Rival HotPot with a thermometer stuck in it so I can monitor the temp. It drifts a little but not bad.

I just use a pan of hot water, and keep it at temp on the stove. To glue up one or 2 joints, you keep it in a jar of the hot water with a thermometer. But I usually only glue one or 2 things at a time.

Filippo here is what I use, a Rival Hot Pot too and I think these come in 2 sizes, this is the smaller one. The marbles help keep the plastic glue bottle off the heating element in the bottom of the pot.

Also here is a toot about HHG: http://luthiersforum.3element.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=12088

Hold-Heet glue pot, designed for the purpose. $25 used off eBay. The temp is set with the internal rheostat and doesn't fluctuate. I use a small preserve glass jar for the glue in the water bath and a soundhole cutout for cover.

I can't remember where I saw it, but I even saw a clothes iron with a metal pot stood on the hot plate and the glue in that.

I have the Hold-Heet too and it's great. Plug it in and forget about it.

I use a "little dipper" . I think it's made by Rival. It's a mini crock pot intended for dips. Temp sits exactly at 140.
Got it at the grocery store in the appliance isle. Cost about $15, as I recall.

I also use the Rival " little dipper". Mine keeps the temp between 140 and 145F.
