Hi guys

I have two bodys which are completely made, one of which has already been bound.
One is an 'OM' shape with Martin dimensions, the other is a G.Auditorium shape.

Somehow (just don't ask o.k.) I managed to use my 28' radius dish for the braces on both the Back and the Top duh

I am prepared to take the backs off and re-brace. It will probably be a good exercise anyway but my question is this;

' Is a 28' radius on the back definitely no good? Will the guitars be ok left as they are?'

The reason I ask is because I was going through the website of one of our members and he states that his backs are only 'slightly' arched but he doesn't give the actual radius.

Many thanks for your help.

Mat

I am using 25' radius on both top and back, so I don't need to spend a ton of money on both the dish and shipping in order to get two of them.

Mat, if the guitars are for your personal use, I would leave as is, a commision...I woud fix. As Todd said, label the edge of your dish.... with the radius and top or back.

Thank you all for your replies.

Think I'll go ahead and continue the builds. And yes, I'll mark the dishes and check before glue up next time.
