Ok, I'm trying to get number one wrapped up. My question is when to pore fill?

After I sand with 220 or 600 or ???

Or after I am finished sanding and right before I put on my finish?

Following Robbie O'Brien's drywall compound tutorial.

Sitca over Mahogany. Mahogany neck. BRW headstock overlay, fingerboard and bridge.

Using Minwax Wipeon Poly High Gloss finish (used it to refinish another guitar and had nice results).
