 In my resent post I noted issues with wooble in my dremel because what I thought were poor bearings. A couple guys posted that the issue was not the bearings but a poor fit of the bearing in the housing. Has anyone repaired their dremel to fix this issue?

Yep.
Unscrew it. Clean it up. Slip on a band of 3/4" or 1" diameter shrink wrap (I don't remember which, but it just fit) trimmed to fit the arbor. Heat with a hair dryer to shrink. Screw it back together. Changed the brushes while it was apart. Very little play. Better than new. Good for another 10 years.

Where did you get the shrink wrap tubing?
