A while ago I bought some linings, and I forgot if I ordered willow or basswood laughing6-hehe
The stuff is light, looks a bit like a cypress but a bit pinkish in color rather than yellowish. Or a washed down spanish cedar.

Thanks

Willow is my vote. Basswood (called Lime in Europe) is pure creamy while with no grain visible.

Smell will tell , Basswood has an odor much to me like fried liver. Will has no order when well dried but a mild sweet when wet

If it's willow send it to me, I can dispose of it for you....

They make great blackpowder...
