Does anyone know what kind of Glue Garrison Guitars used to connect wood to the Graphite frame? we have back separated from the braces and split.

David, good to see you here!
As fas as the glue goes, I don't know what they used, but I'd guess epoxy too.

Epoxy is likely, but so is CA. If it's a spot repair, that might be a good way to go.

It is definitely CA. I heard him give a schpiel once for his guitars, and I asked him that question. CA of a gel consistancy....

I believe meddlingfool is right. By the way it is a injection molded fiberglass frame and not graphite. I have one of these guitars. Picked it up a few years ago for $200...Mike

THanks I would have guessed CA . Funny most of the reviews I read said it was Graphite composite. but it seemed smoother than Graphite. So the back cracked but it appears the braces were never glued to the wood. Do any of you know if they left them float so the wood could move . One of the big complaints of this construction is the wood pulls away from the molding.
