This topic has nothing to do with guitars so my apologies if I am out of line here oops_sign . Does anyone know of a cheap bench buffer or buffer/grinder or grinder that I can use as a buffer that will accept a 2" wide wheel? I want to use a 3M Scotch Brite finishing wheel to clean up the blades and chip breaker on my hand plane restoration project. The wheel meaures 2" wide and 6" in diameter and is just barely too wide to fit on my Harbor Freight bench buffer. Ive looked around and tried to find a buffer with longer shafts, at least at the end where its threaded, but cant find anything. Thanks for any advice.
