Is this CF suitable for neck inserts?

If not, what should I be looking for?

I should mention that I intend to use them with a truss rod.
It's so hard in the UK to buy stuff like this.
If I have to order from US, where do people buy CF strips from?

Those are hollow box sections, most folks use solid bars. Difficult to find in the UK maybe, but even more so up here in Norway, so I get mine from the US. Last time I bought from Dragonplate

+1 for Dragonplate. Great service. If you buy the 48" bars http://www.dragonplate.com/ecart/categories.asp?cID=20 you can get 3 pieces on 12 fret necks for sure. Not sure about 14 fretters. Pretty inexpensive compared to some of the other suppliers.
