Not much of an artist but, Rio Grande also. I only order from them every five years or so but they are a great source for blades, handles, tweezers, silver, all the jewerly stuff.

I also buy my small 1/8" shaft burrs from them. They have them in impossibly small sizes if you find yourself caught up in an intricate inlay pattern. They come in a pack like sewing needles.
