You fill out an online application in mid-October and they get back to you by the end of the month. It's usually on their home page but since the application process has passed it's not there now. Start looking in September 2014.

I applied but only made it to the waiting list, hoping there are enough drop outs so I can get in. After a couple times at Montreal I was hoping I could get accepted, but there are many more Luthiers applying than there is space. I might attend but it is hard to justify the cost when not displaying.

I wasn't all that crazy about the new venue and chose not to apply this year. Plus I have a lot of other stuff going on and really won't have the time to build anything for the show or attend. I wish you all who go, great success though and I know I will miss attending and end up wishing I had signed up.
