Looking for your opinion here.

Thinking design only. What wood bindings would you use to complement the below b&s sets?

Eir

Mahogany

Maple

Wenge

Cocobolo

Padauk

Malaysian Black wood

Ziricote

M. Ebony

Walnut

All opinions welcome, as are pictures to show off examples.

Depends on the top/neck/fingerboard woods, among other things. But assuming spruce/mahogany/ebony like most people do, then here are some possibilities:
Eir->Curly koa
Mahogany->Curly maple
Maple->EIR
Wenge->Wenge
Cocobolo->African blackwood
Padauk->Cocobolo
Malaysian Black wood->Spalted maple
Ziricote->Curly mahogany
M. Ebony->Holly
Walnut->Cherry

This won't be as detailed as Dennis' answer, and I like all his parings. To date, however, I've used EIR on everything I've done. Partly because I ordered enough pre-cut bindings to last awhile, but it's a nice contrast with most woods I've used. That means I've used it on mahogany (2), spanish cedar, zebrawood, ambrosia maple, sycamore and leopardwood. But on my next two guitars, I'm using padauk and imbula back and sides. I'm going to use padauk bindings on the imbula and imbula bindings on the padauk (at least that's the plan; I finally wised up and decided to use my side off-cuts for binding), I've got the sides and bindings bent already, and I think they match up well.
