Hello fellow luthiers,

I'm in the process of organizing the third annual Ottawa Guitar Show (that's Ottawa the Capital of Canada, just so there's no confusion;) for fine guitar makers and related disciplines.

This year it's going to be much bigger and better than the past two years. It will be held on Sunday June 29th, at the Glebe Community Centre in Ottawa. I still have a few spaces available. If you're in the region, you have some of your handmade guitars to sell and/or you're taking orders, this might be a good opportunity to show them off. If you are interested in participating, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be able to provide more specifics about timing and table pricing once I have a firm idea of how many presenters we will have.

I want to make this a very inclusive and community-based event. We are not just going to be showcasing the the worlds best guitarbuilding talent (although there will be some of them there)- my goal is to have lots of enthusiastic presenters with a wide variety of specializations, from all over eastern Ontario and western Quebec. Fortunately our terrific new venue will have the space to accommodate this, along with the expected crowds.
