I just received a new conveyor belt for my sander that is performing a lot better then the original conveyor belt!
Supermax sent it to me for free admitting that the abrasive conveyor belt does not track very well. Anyone with this sander, I would strongly suggest taking advantage of getting a new conveyor belt through Supermax! Image

Just got my SuperMax 19-38 a couple of weeks ago. So far no issues with the abrasive conveyor belt but I'll be on the look out.
Btw, I love the machine and it's all I hoped it would be, But, the manual is horrible! And the open stand assembly instructions, someone should be horsewhipped! Too bad they don't do a DVD like my old WoodMaster Tools drum sander.

The Supermax is a great machine, no doubt about it, but my abrasive conveyor belt would run to one side no matter how I would adjusted it!! I've had my machine for two years now and the conveyor belt has been a constant issue! I am so happy that this new rubber belt is working perfectly now! Supermax is a great company!! I just thought I would let other guys know that, if they had a problem, there is a fix for the conveyor belt tracking!

Thanks for the advice. Currently, I don't have any issues with my conveyer belt.

Supermax is a great company. Very friendly service and honest people. I ordered a few extra boxes of sandpaper and they forgot to send them, so they sent my order for free and a few extra boxes of sandpaper for free!

The 19-38 was the best (and most!) money I have spent in my shop.

I have the same machine, but the Jet version, and have never had a problem with the tracking of the abrasive belt conveyor.
