I haven't found much difference in the quality of the CA glue, whether I buy it from Stewmac or locally. What matters more is the packaging, because I swear I lose more CA glue to clogged tip than actually using them.

Here's another use. Pen finishing!
I used that "master finish" CA from the Glu-Boost company.
Great stuff!
Birdseye maple stained purple then encased in CA, sanded, buffed with compound, all on the lathe, took about 10 minutes.
