Here is Jerron Paxton playing his new Fraulini ladder braced guitar. He is legally blind and plays all manner of styles and instruments and has a great bedside manner on stage:

Great sounding guitar and good blues musician. He looks young too which is refreshing to see in that style of playing that has long since seen it's day.

On an aside note, do you all hate Vimeo as much as I do because it never buffers properly or is it me?

Brilliant!
Vimeo works fine for me. Don't know about now but it used to be better quality than U-tube.

I found the quality of that video to be exquisite. Much better than Youtube. Very nice guitar and Paxton is delightful.

Excellent!
That is a seemingly simple, but tough tune to get just right. The Fraulini sounds very good.

AND, you don't need to cut a hole in the side of the guitar for a monitor...

Very nice, seen clips of him playing an old kalamazoo which is very cool too. He's been listening to the original 29 or 1930 recording of MJH which I've been listening to plenty. Havent tried to learn it yet though. ALL MJH tunes turn out to be alot trickier to play than they first appear!

if we're going for pastiche, why not "Eric Clapton- Unplugged"? This is embarrassing.

What do you mean?

I learned a new word today, pastiche.
