A few years ago I found a spot that specialized in mostly figured Maple and I can't remember who it was. I know they were in the Northwest but that's all. I'm looking to get another set and wonder if anyone out there has a recommendation. Below is the set that I got last time and I'm looking for something similar. Thanks.

Go here! Figured Maple is what he does. Has both European and US figured Maple. Reasonable prices. He supplies huge quantities to the violin making business, but does a good bit of guitar sets too. John Preston is a great guy, and easy to deal with.

One of our sponsors is Bow River. If I was an American I would try buying from Canada. You'll gain 30%. [headinwall]

If you haven't found what you want try Pacific Coast Woods, a sponsor here. They have very nice maple.
