Lovely work, Brad! I really like the backstrap and the way you tied it into the center strip of your laminated neck. Cool headstock shape, too. You've created a look that is both traditional and modern. Well done!

Brad

Lovely. The finish seems to have no color - what is it?

Thanks. I have been using that head shape since the "beginning" (before the dawn of time.)

It is actually slightly amber colored. It is my usual Mohawk buffed nitro.

The maple is just so white it reads that way.

Thanks.

I love the Schallers! Really nice fit and finish. As little backlash as any machine on the market.
Incredibly smooth feel. can't beat them for the price.

Thanks.

I really like the way it came out. I have built archtops with this "color scheme", but this is my first maple(and koa) flat top.

Very nice, but that's to be expected...

Thanks, sometimes I don't know WHAT to expect when it comes to guitar building.

Thanks. I too love birdseye maple, but I know it can be hard sell (on flat tops) to the public for some reason.
