Where is everyone getting their black and white fiber and or wood veneer strips? Looking for something in the 6"x36" range .01 and .020

Surprisingly difficult to find now without LMI around. Allied is the only source I found, but they are rather pricey https://alliedlutherie.com/collections/rosettes-veneers/products/veneers

Certain items have definetly gotten harder to source with the closing LMI. I can not stand Allied. Evrytime I do an order they either screw it up or send sub par materials. And now they also bought Gurian, so much for having a decent place to have purflings custom made up at a reasonable price. Thank god I ordered a lifetime supply of purfling from Bob Gleason and had a big order done with Gurian before they sold. NowIf I can just find .010 and .020 black and white veneer.

I've been very happy with certainlywood.com. They just supplied a collection of veneers for a pair of laminated semi-hollow guitars I'm building, including thick veneers 18" wide for inner layers and very beautiful flamed maple for the show faces. They have dyed veneers. I'm not sure they have the thickness you want but call them (I was helped by a very helpful and knowledgeable guy named Wes) and they'll help you out.

I've always gotten my colored veneers from Constantines. It still shows up on their website.

It doesn't show black or white but if you call, the owner can help you. I bought B and W fiber from him before (after begging some pieces from member shere- tks guys). If you order it on-line, the automated system charges you OVERSIZED $$$ shipping rate, so you have to call anyway to get it packaged in a loose coil that will fit in a regular shipping box, and a modified shipping charge price.
