Hey Hesh,
This just came out in print in January, I have had a draft from Roger since last summer though but he sent me a copy of this just after it was published. I like his work but he doesn't really tell you what you are looking for in any detail but rather shows you ways to repeat what you have done that worked well. But I am also the sort that believes there is never really too much information on any subject and get something out of almost everything!
