I split this thread into several separate threads. Could a mod please delete it if possible?

Each of these questions holds potential to become an extensive thread on their own. Throw them all together and this will become an unmanageably tangled mess quite quickly.

Might I suggest closing this one, picking a single one of these to start a new thread on, and when that has been suitably addressed move on to the next in a separate new thread. I (and I'm sure many others) could offer some valuable and detailed insight to each of these questions on their own, but am not about to engage in a thread so certainly doomed to become a garbled confusing mess.

One topic per thread is hard enough to keep on track. Pick one, start a new thread on that, and we'll be happy to help.

Okay, I'll delete it or close it once I've used it to paste the individual questions as individual topics.

Ahhh, I cant find a way to delete the thread. I'll stop posting the individual questions for now. It feels like spamming. Can a mod close or delete this thread?
