Bump - JF any progress I'm curious as to what's happening with this one, thanks.

Just got back from a nice Sunny Florida vacation now back to work!

We determined that this guitar plain and simply is acoustically very loud and as such everything about it is amplified. Michael Tuttle was nice enough to send us some new saddles so I reliced those and set it up to where the Bass side is ever slightly higher than I normally go but as a bonus the treble side is actually lower and everyone is happy.

I've not seen anything quite like it. I think it was turning more into a psychological problem then a set up one. But when he brought the guitar in for the first time and I strummed it I remember asking him, "are you ok with that?" referring to the buzz because it was the first thing I noticed. It didn't bother him as much as it bothered me.

In the end we sat down with several guitars including a custom shop Tele and they all had that typical electric guitar low action buzz but this one was plain and simply just louder. Case closed.

Thanks for all the help.
