It has been down for near ever. I have wanted to use the bio and resources many times over the last several months.

I know the library of plans is no more but there is important and usefull info in several of these links

Lance wrote me and told me they are working on this. The links direct to the old server and it is down. They are working on a new link banner and moving what they are going to keep over to the new server.
