I had an A0 drawing drafted of the main radius's. They can be used for making radius's dishes , radius sanding sticks etc.

There are 4 in total 15' 20' 25' 40' they are 33" long and 2" tall

Its saved in Autocad format, I had 10 prints printed for £10.00 including postage, the 4 radius are on one A0

The guy who did this for me is based in the US and he didn't charge me anything, so I said I would pass on his details. So if you need any CAD work doing contact this guy.

FYI, double quote is the symbol for inches and single quote is the symbol for feet.

Well spotted my mind was on other things at the time, the drawings are definitely in feet

Agreed, but we had a few attempts as my description of what I wanted was a bit lacking. I was quite prepared to pay for an hours labour but he declined. The least i can do is advertise his services here.

John, I did something similar a while back - drew and plotted the two the I use most often (15 and 25) back to back and made a dxf file for our laser cutter. Cut a couple from 16 gauge that can be used as a router guide for making sleds for making dishes.

Over the years I've made a fair number of templates this way - tricone cutouts, pickup, etc - with either Autocad or Solid Works.





(that thing is a $800,000 Trumpf laser cutter. Every shop needs one)
