Hi Folks,
I was contacted via PM asking when we might have another bulk string buy.
If you are interested, please let me know by posting in this thread.
Here are the details.

This bulk order is for only PB lights and PB Mediums. A gross is 144 sets and that is the MINIMUM order. You can pair off and split them up your selves if you like. I will only be shipping out by the gross. And only to one address per order.

PRICE IS 2.50 per set or 360.00 per gross (144 sets)
Same as last time.
Shipping will be billed separately this time.

PLEASE SEND NO FUNDS UNTIL I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. Then I will need payment in full to take delivery.

Thanks
LanceK

I'd be in for one gross of light.

no classicals?

The average set would be an EJ45 or EJ46.
Do you ever get a bulk deal on something like that?

Well it seems that we are not that many in need of strings!

What's the minimum number of gross you can order from D'Addario Lance?

I have a question...

In past experience, how much is it to ship a gross of string to Taiwan, or any other country of similar distance?

I am trying to figure out of it's a good deal because they seem to be selling Daddario strings rather cheaply (I've seen down to about 4 dollars a set, and this is for small volumes, like just a few sets)

I've toyed with bulk string suppliers and it just ended up costing the same as a set of Daddario (per set at retail price) when shipping was added and quickly abandoned that idea.

I've even seen some budget strings that are sold at very very low prices, with retail price of around 2.50 a set. How in the world did they sell for so low?

If you can get them for $4/set Tai I'd say this isn't worth it.....My guess is the shipping would be pretty high as 144 sets of strings acutally has a fair bit of weight to it, I think about 15lbs.

Lance, I'm going to pull out on this one. I'll manage with 10 packs until further notice.

Thanks anyway!

Did this ever go anywhere? I was just thinking today that I would be interested in a bulk order or maybe splitting a bulk order with someone.
