Several months ago, I had a problem with a Lennox Trimaster blade. I was resawing some padauk on my Delta/riser block when the blade popped off the wheel and cut through both the regular and extension blade guards, almost to their base by the time the blade stopped. At the suggestion of Tom Ribbecke, I contacted Robert Jackson of Lennox and sent pictures of what had happened. The blade, while damaged, was still mountable, and so I wanted to see what was going on with the blade. It was out of true about 1/32 in 3", i.e., a 6" machinist square set with the weld in the middle, had 1/32 of gap at either end. Without question, Mr. Jackson offered to replace the blade and the guard, and true to his word, the blade and guard came.

In a word, this is a case study in customer service. Thank you, Mr. Jackson, and Lennox for a great product and great customer service.

Nice! Course you realize that if you had a harbor freight blade on the guards would have survived just fine.
The trimaster will cut throught most woods like butter.

Thanks for posting this David!

We all know that problems happen, unfortunately... at times with vendors and products but I've always believed that the mark of a quality organization is how they rise to the occasion and make the client whole after experiencing an issue.

Sounds like Lennox is a quality organization and Mr. Jackson is a quality guy!

Nice to see kudos on the forum as well.
