Was hoping some of you guys could help get the Reso Forum started again. I pm'd Lance about it this morning and he told me to "spread the word".
I know I originally found the OLF for the Resonator Forum. I wanted to build what I play.
There hasn't been a whole lot going on over there, but would like to change that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Dave I am happy to give this a bump - I too enjoy reading about and seeing the very cool instruments that you reso guys build.

Yes,I'm all for it. It is always interesting reading.
And I think it would be fun to build one someday.

Let`s check the timing again and give her another kick.

I still have that Morrell hanging on the wall waiting to hear from the owner just what he wants to do with it. How long must it hang there before I can legally call it mine ;)?

I wouldn't have anything to contribute, but I'd sure like to get my reso-
learn on.

Guys, you've restored my hope! If you haven't checked, I recently dropped a note on this in the Reso Forum. Since then, I dropped a line to some of the members that used to post there, and hope they respond. I remember seeing a build that Don Williams did here w/pictures. Don, I see you here on the OLF regularly and was hoping you'd help us out. Also JD Myers of Fishook has been building guitars. And of course Gary Dusina. His 50 or so pages on building a reso has helped a lot of us, as Don's pictorial. I know there's others also, like Pete(Louisiana Grey). How about D L Husky? I really hope this takes off. I've got a square neck that I've had started for 2 1/2 or 3 years mostly due to not having a shop, but, got one now. Even if it isn't finished I'm still working there. Need a little help w/ the "Open Sound Well" design and the top bracing. I know how I want to brace it but looking for other ideas.
Anyway thanks again guys for the help!! Thanks to Lance for the "push".
Dave
