Is there any tutorials or explanations out there for the Laskin style arm rest? I am not planning on doing one any time soon, just curious to see how its done especially in regards to binding.

I posted one a few years ago on the MIMF ... I think some of the members may have saved a copy of it, but not sure who .... its probably still over there in the archives.
