I hope everyone understands that I will need payment before I order, I do want to stay married. But don't do anything yet. Once deadline passes (this Wednesday) I will pm each of you with your order to confirm. If u get nothing from me by Friday, contact me via PM. Once u confirm your order, paypal me. PP Address will be sent to you. If you want to use a money order, or one of those registered bank checks (no personal checks) then you need to mail immediatley upon your confirmation of correct order. I prefer PP, but I am flexible to that degree. All non-USA payments are PP or money order. Upon confirmation, I will need your complete mail address. If international, understand I need every bit of address info, since I am not totally familiar with international mailing. Once I recieve the shell from AST, I will repack and ready for ship. I will then pm u the shipping cost and when I recieve it via any of the above mentioned methods, I wil send it. All shipments will be insured and require your signature upon reciept. Please pm me with concerns or issues and please do not post them on the open forum.

Cool?

Mike

What do they call those checks you get from banks? Ones where the money is automatically removed as soon as its issued?

Yes, thats it. That is what I meant by registered bank check. Cashiers checks are acceptable, as well as money orders. I prefer PP for lots of reasons. BTW, since this is no small order, I ask that you include in PP the 3% PP charge (I wish PP did that automatically... or included a checkbox for it). But if I send you $100, you get $97 as I understand it (unless it is a gift, etc).

Please put me down for 14 of the .047 and 7 of the .064 both in Paua.

Thanks.

OK, we are approaching the Wednesday deadline. It is about 11:00 PM, now, which means there are about 19 hours left to make an order (6pm CST).

I hope you have all used PMs to place your order. I will look through the thread to see if I missed anything, but the PM makes it way easier. Yes, I know I am repeating myself, but be sure to include quantity and AST sku# (s).

Example: 10 ZF-BP-047
15 ZF-SGA-064

Color, size, or "just enough to do three ukeleles" is not useful or meaningful. So maybe check your "sent" box to verify that is indeed what you did. If you look in your PM "sent" box and see nothing to me, then most likely you put your order in the thread... this would be an excellent opportunity to turn that into a PM to me.

The response to this "group buy" has been unbelievable! Way beyond 100.

Thank you!!

Mike

Mike,
Just to confirm, a set is 5 pieces right? So if I wanted 6 sets, that is 30 pieces right?

Tracy, I don't think Mike cares what a "set" means....he wants you to state the SKU and the exact number you require. Make it simple for him.

Good - I sent a PM order/request and never got a response. I was worried about you!

Well, my plans for working it over the weekend were dashed when my iPhone could not do much at the lake. I am about half way through the order and will be posting something tonight (hopefully). Had to drive into some town to get even a little signal...

Please go to this link and verify your order. In the verify column, put your initials plus 3 numbers of your choice:

eg: My name is Michael J O'Melia, so I might put MJO432 (or any other 3 single digit numbers, do not use 432, make yours random, just pick something)

Next, PM me with this same verification code plus a phone number, email address, and exact mailing address. Your verification code is your signature that you agree with the order. Correct any mispellings or mistakes on my part. I will check the final sheet against my baseline. I do already have some addresses, but very few.

Once you have PMd me with your code, phone number, email, and address, I will send you a PayPal address and a snail mail address (for those wanting to use Postal Money Orders, Cahiers Checks.... NO PERSONAL CHECKS, no wire transfers). I highly prefer PayPal +3%. Those mailing to me Cahiers Checks and Postal Money Orders must realize that the bulk order cannot be made until I recieve ALL monies... so please move quickly for the sake of the others.

If you placed your order in this thread and you do not see it in the spreadsheet, let me know... I relied on PMs, not the thread... too confusing otherwise.

PS: Please do not put any personally identifiable info in the spreadsheet. Just the stuff I already have in there.

Heres the link!

Sorry Bert, all is well. I sent your the "ordering instructions" PM.

I have 100% verification on the orders, and somewheres near 95% on payents, so I intend to place the order on Monday or Tuesday! bliss

Please, all be patient as once I place the order, it is in the hands of AST. As soon as I recieve the bulk shipment, I will promptly begin to ship.

You all have been aswsome on your end of the deal, and I promise to match that on my end.

Mike

I wonder what kind of price we could get on the A4 kerfling
with a group buy?
Mike, could you ask when you place the zipflex order?
In any event I plan on order a set of the kerfling to try, anyone else?

I did indeed ask about the A4. There is very little room for volume discounts due to the current manufacturing process. Apparently it is inefficient with very little room for economies of scale. According to Kevin, he is working on this, it is a new product. So, to answer your question directly, there is no benefit at this time for a group buy on those linings (at the presnt time).

Sorry,

Mike
