I am looking for some tonewood suppliers writes down document of CITES for export mahogany in CANADA ?

If I understand your question (which is no safe bet), I think you're better looking for a Japanese tonewood supplier who IMPORTS mahogany logs/sawn boards under proper CITES documentation. As far as Canadian suppliers, A&M Wood Specialty (near Toronto) is reputable & I'm sure could answer questions. http://amwoodinc.com/
