Is anyone able to go directly from their phone to the forum with photos? Will laying out for Tapatalk enable this?
Currently I have to email the photo to myself, fire up the desktop, download it, rename/resize it, then post it. Unlike, say, FB, where you can take a shot and just post it. Which means for the most part I don't bother. But, I have a few jigs in the works that may benefit someone other than me so I thought I'd share.
Any thoughts....

Super easy with an iPhone, but I'm not sure about other phones. What are you using?

Heath, how do you do it from an iPhone? Do you need taps talk?

Edit: more accurately, how do you reduce the image size, or even see the image size for that matter? My iPhone images are too large to upload here.

You can take a pic through the ap or upload from your phone. To upload, click the little mountain icon, pick the photo from your library, pick the size, and Bob's your uncle.

You have to select "Tapatalk Hosted" by the way. I can't seem to upload to the forum via Tapatalk.

iPhone 4? Whoa, that's some advanced stuff! I'm using the iPhone 3GS. That's practically a Nokia brick phone. The photo I posted of the guitar I had to crop in my photo albums to about 90% of its original size. I don't know how to see the file size though I'm sure you can. I don't use Tapatalk, just straight to the forum like I was using a desktop computer.

Ya either through Safari or tapatalk will work to upload right from your iPhone.

Looks like I can do it if I crop (3GS no tapa talk). Sure wish I could figure out how to see the file size.
I'm so ugly, I don't have to use any effects!
