Zeke, if it isn't too difficult, 3/32" does sound better. I'm planning on ordering a bag of plastic dowel pins from McMaster

3/32" is fine. I've got some drills that size.

I have had one person inquire about making the length .225" rather than .250". It seems if they were .225" you wouldnt have to worry about them not being flush with a .250" template. Of course a .250" could always be filed down to the right thickness. But I thought I'd throw out the idea of a slightly shorter bushing so that you have no issues with it sticking out of one side of the template. Let me know what you think

.250" is critical to the deal.

Wait, this is a big favor? Oh.

.225" sound totally fine. LOL

To me it doesn't matter either way. I'm just trying to find a style that will fit the needs of the masses :)

Hey Zeke

I will jump on the band wagon for bushings. I'll wait to see what we decide on and let you know how many I want.

Thanks or taking the time to help some of us out!

Joel

Nah it won't take but an hour or two to whip up 50 or so of these. It looks like that may be more than we need.
