I bought a bunch of precut Abalam strips here off Lance a while back. I used them mostly for back strips and they worked well. Has anyone ever tried cutting Abalam on a table saw? I would use a fretting blade with zero clearance insert and fence and of course appropriate dust protection.

I would expect that to work ok.

At my last gig, it was cut with teeny tiny endmills on the CNC.

DO NOT DO THAT you will ruin a lot and may get hurt.
that is not how you cut pearl . Even the fretting blade will blow this apart.

that video shows a safer way to do this.
the dremel tool will help and it is all about the blade you use
