Hey Dave :)

Actually we do offer classes :) but our classes are fret work for builders and set-up for builders. We've yet to incorporate the circular saw in the class material but I suppose there's always time..... beehive :D

Going to Kalamazoo this weekend for a wedding
Wish I could could make it to Ann Arbor but according to the CEO/CFO/ and activities director we will not have time [headinwall]
Some time I need to bring ya a 6 pack for some of the knowledge you've passed on.

:) We turn Ov*tions away most of the time so we didn't have one to shame... er use in the pic.... :)

Bet the Florida crowd would love to have some Ov*tions right now since they make great floaters..... (visual and implications intentional...:))

Fine David... What's it gonna take to keep you quiet? ;)

Actually, that's my cabin beater guitar, just pulled it off the rack to demo our methods.

Now, does anyone have instructions on how to tear down and rebuild a Hitachi circular saw? Mine seems to have some wire or something jammed up in the bearings.

Wot! No safety glasses?
laughing6-hehe

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.

Heritage is just under a mile from where we're staying. Made it to the Beer Exchange and didn't want to leave.

Maybe next time.

We usually head up to Da U.P.

Hesh's shop had a recent video on their preferred method of bridge removal. David was using a hammer to remove it in short order.

:D Hey Ed! Actually it was an ax that Dave precisely hit the bridge on the first and only take and removed the bridge with.

It's the last video on our video page: http://www.annarborguitars.com/styled-4/index.html
