Does anyone know if Stewmac has a secret phone number I can call?

It's hard for me to understand how a company cares more about their own convenience than their customer's.

If you go to the “Contact Us” legend at the bottom of the webpage and state your problem, they will answer your inquiry. If you really need to talk, make the case in the comment box there and leave your number. I’ve never had them not solve the problem whatever it was. Yes, you have to do it their way, but they are committed to customer satisfaction.

I believe soon customer service is going to make a comeback. Because it has mostly disappeared. You’ll dial a phone number, talk to all rep who will know everything that needs to be done to fix the problem! And it’s going to be an AI generated voice.

I would probably prefer an over the phone conversation with a person, but I have ONLY had positive customer experience with StewMac. They’ve never failed to make something right when I’ve had an issue. So I’m cool with their current system.

That’s what I had to do, which is frankly condescending to me. It’s been a day and I finally got a reply … an automated reply saying they will reply.
